BRIC Contemporary Artist Registry
The BRIC Contemporary Artist Registry is open to artists who were born in, live in, work in, or have a studio in the borough of Brooklyn. The Registry serves as a vital resource for Gallery staff and guest curators and independent art professionals regularly consult the Registry for their own projects.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Lori Ledis Emerging Curator Program
The Lori Ledis Curatorial Fellowship fosters emerging curatorial talent by an open call process for exhibition proposals from emerging curators. Twice annually, BRIC dedicates the Project Room at BRIC Rotunda Gallery and staff support to realizing the vision of a two emerging curators who are selected through a competitive selection process. The Lori Ledis Curatorial Fellowship was established through the donations of family, friends, and professional associates of Lori Ledis, a pioneering art dealer and music producer.
BRIC Media Arts Fellowship
Each year BRIC’s community media and contemporary art programs join together to make BCAT’s Media Center and training programs available to professional Brooklyn-affiliated visual artists. The residency program assists artists interested in exploring video and/or multimedia as an artistic medium by making the state-of-the-art Media Center available at no cost, and providing training and technical assistance in video and digital production and post-production technologies.
